Q: Do you take breaks?
No. Our DJ staff will perform continuously throughout the night.  

Q: Will you play outside?

Yes, and no.  The equipment and staff must be protected from the elements including sun, wind, and rain.  We, therefore, need to be covered.  There will be no refunds due to inclement weather once the DJ has set up and started playing music. We will move our basic system indoors to a location within 150′ of a load in entrance for an additional 75.00.

 Q:  Are you available to play later? 

We never book another function before or after a wedding, so for a wedding absolutely. 

 Q: Can we choose the music to be played at our event?
Of course, this your celebration.   We just recommend that you choose music that is “danceable.”

 Q: Can we have a “do not play” list?
Yes. This may be just as important to you and your event. We ask that you be specific though, some people have a do not play list under circumstances, but other people want us to play the song if a guest requests it.  Either way is fine, it’s all about good communication ahed of time.

 Q: What if we want a song that you don’t have?
Our music collection spans thousands of songs from several decades. In case we don’t have a particular song, we have two options:   you may either supply us with the CD before the event so that we may check it for scratches, or (if you do not own a legal copy) we will obtain that song before your event. Just give us advance notice if we need to find a song. If you give us a CD we will return it to you at the end of the night.

Q: How loud do you play the music?
Because we use a Bose professional soundsystem. guests can be seated right in front of the speaker and still maintain normal levels of conversation, yet the music is as clear as be in the back of the room.  During your cocktail and dinner hours we will play soft and relaxing background music. We will make sure that your guests can hear both themselves talking and the background music.  When it comes time for dance music, though, if you want, we can rock the house without blasting anyone’s eardrums.   

Q: Do you have backup equipment?
Yes.

Q: Do you offer lighting?
Our light shows are additional options available to you. It may be a simple, elegant show or a concert-like show complete with Intelligent lighting. The ultimate decision is up to you. We have access to  almost any type of lighting available.

Q: How interactive are your DJs?
We are as interactive as you want us to be.  While we can teach dances or hype up your guests, you, your guests, and the music are the center of the party!  Never the DJ!  We always maintain a the ultimate degree of professionalism and won’t turn into “cheesy” entertainers that could embarrass you or a guest.

Q: How experienced are your entertainers?
We have been in business for over a decade and attend American Disc Jockey Association professional conferences every other year in Vegas or Chicago. 

Q: Will my DJ be drinking at my event?
No. We are strict on this policy and you have nothing to worry about. We are professionals and act accordingly.

Q: Are you insured?
We are fully insured with a substantial liability policy

Q: Does the DJ expect tipping/gratuity?
It is certainly not mandatory because we are well paid from your event. However, if we DJ surpasses your expectations and you wish to tip, a 5-10% tip would be considered extremely generous and taken as a great compliment.

Q: Should we feed the DJ?
It is not necessary, but appreciated.
